Steve has been working in the software and IT services industry for almost 20 years and has contributed in key roles to leading the evolution and modernization of the IT performance, including the adoption of Dynatrace as one of the fastest growing APM solutions in the industry. Pawel Siwek is a Product Manager at Dynatrace, focusing on application performance management for SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and enterprise applications. Morella is the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for the Customer Services Organization (CSO), based in Detroit. In her current role she focuses on Executive reporting and cross-functional projects for the CSO, which includes Professional Services, Customer Success and the Dynatrace University teams. Previously, she was the Director of Customer Technical Support, an area where she exercised her leadership and technical abilities during 15 years. Laura Stack is the Dynatrace events manager and has designed and managed the company’s largest event, Perform, since its inception. The conference has almost doubled in size each year with more customer speakers and industry leaders than any other conference of its kind. Laura also manages Dynatrace’s Advisory Boards. The boards guide product direction and provide feedback to the Dynatrace development teams.
Stephen has worked at Dynatrace for more than seven years. In that time, he’s held a variety of positions including Guardian Consultant, a leader of the Professional Development Program (PDP) and DXS Guardian Manager. His broad experience has helped him refine his skills at problem-solving and cemented his reputation as a master of recognizing the “little big details”—the often-overlooked elements of a project that can have massive impacts.
