Steve has been working in the software and IT services industry for almost 20 years and has contributed in key roles to leading the evolution and modernization of the IT performance, including the adoption of Dynatrace as one of the fastest growing APM solutions in the industry. Joe Hoffman works in the Sales Engineering team at Dynatrace helping customers realize the full potential of their Dynatrace investment. Although having spent over 30 years in the software engineering world, the best part for Joe is still "getting into the weeds" with customers to solve their performance challenges. He has worked for a full spectrum of companies including Precise (APM), Symantec, Veritas, Trip.com, Harland, eGlobe, Lockheed Martin, GTE and US Federal Agencies that "don’t exist". Gahn Lane joined CenturyLink as VP, Software Alliances. Gahn most recently lead Vertical Market Sales for Westcon with a particular focus on service providers and federal sales. Gahn graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a degree in Business Management and earned his MBA from the University of Dallas. Gahn’ s career includes direct as well as channel and vertical sales leadership with Nortel Networks and most recently with The Westcon Group where he led both service provider and vertical market sales. Aftab is a Performance Engineering Consultant @Infosys. He is an Application performance, Monitoring, DevOps, and Cloud enthusiast. He focuses on how performance engineering tools and practices are adapting to Cloud, DevOps, and the ML/AI world. He works with multiple Infosys customers to optimize performance test life cycles, monitor and manage application performance.
