Alistair manages the amazing Sales Engineer team that support our Financial Services and Public Sector customers - this means providing support to the team all the way from demonstrating the Dynatrace platform to implementing it on the customer's applications. Alistair's favourite capability in Dynatrace is Business Analytics and works hard to promote this as a benefit to the enterprise, whether that's analysing the revenue impact of poor performance in the product, or building tools on top of Dynatrace data to answer specific business criteria.
