Morella Urbina
Morella is the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for the Customer Services Organization (CSO), based in Detroit. In her current role she focuses on Executive reporting and cross-functional projects for the CSO, which includes Professional Services, Customer Success and the Dynatrace University teams. Previously, she was the Director of Customer Technical Support, an area where she exercised her leadership and technical abilities during 15 years. In her free time she enjoys traveling, listening to music and playing tennis.
