  • The Zenduty+Dynatrace integration utilizes webhooks and event rules to dispatch alerts and create incidents and takes minutes to setup.
  • When Dynatrace detects a critical issue, it fires an alert to Zenduty, which in turn converts that alert into an incident and executes an escalation policy associated with that service.
  • Zenduty then proactively alerts and escalates the incident to the right on-call teams via Email, SMS, Phone, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Android/iOS push notifications.
  • Zenduty organizes the entire communication (Slack war rooms, Jira tickets, Zoom conferences, StatusPage updates, etc.), including stakeholder and customer communications. * Zenduty also ties in your response playbooks within the incident for easy access to your on-call engineers, assigns various incident roles, and tracks the various remediation tasks that were performed.
  • Zenduty also provides a postmortem framework where teams can analyze and learn from incidents.
