Tests configured in a batch order will be executed from the same set of peers sequentially to provide comparative measurements.
A batch order can contain Last Mile, Private Last Mile, or Mobile tests.
You must have at a minimum two tests in a batch order.
Click > Tests to display the Tests page.
Select the Batch Order tab.
Click Create A New Batch Order and select the type of batch order from the list:
- Last Mile
- Private Last Mile
Enter a name for the batch order in the Batch Order Name field.
For Last Mile and Private Last Mile tests, select the type of agent from the list. The agent type will be appended to the batch name and determines the tests you can select to add to the batch order.
Select a status for this batch order:
- Active – Currently collecting data based on the test configuration settings; available for charting, reporting, and trending
- Inactive – Currently not collecting data; available for charting only
Do one of the following:
Select the tests for this batch order.
For Last Mile and Private Last Mile batch orders, the tests that appear here depend on the agent you've selected. A batch order for Last Mile or Private Last Mile tests can contain up to six URLs or three transactions.
For Last Mile or Private Last Mile batch orders, select the type of test: URL or Script.
Use arrows to move the URL or script to the Selected Tests field. Use the Shift key to select adjacent tests and the Ctrl key to select multiple, non-adjacent tests from the list.
Select the expiration date for this batch order or specify that this batch order does not expire. The Portal automatically inactivates any batch orders that reach their expiration date at 0:00:00 GMT on the specified date. Prior to inactivation, an email will be sent to notify the account administrator of the pending batch expiration.
Select whether to assign this batch order to a folder.
Click Submit. The new batch order appears at the top of the Batch Order table.
