Operations dashboard

The April 2017 release of the Dynatrace Portal features a beta version of enhanced Operations dashboards that you create and manage through the Dashboards page. For details, see Operations Dashboards - BETA.

To go to the Operations dashboard, click > Operations.

Use the Operations dashboard to view the health of Last Mile and Backbone tests compared to predefined end-to-end time and availability thresholds. Use these dashboards to quickly determine the tests that are in a problem state and use the drilldowns to obtain more in-depth information to determine the cause of the problem.

There are three types of Operations Dashboards:

Operations Dashboards provides administrative pages to create and configure dashboards, dashboards to view the status of your tests, and drilldown pages to view additional information and metric values.

The steps for creating and configuring Operations dashboards are:

  1. Create dashboards.
  2. Define thresholds.
  3. Monitor the dashboards.

The information shown in these dashboard pages refreshes every five minutes.

If your account has no Operations dashboards configured, the Manage Dashboard page appears. Otherwise the default dashboard appears.
