Our focus areas in Data Science

Casual AI

We’re continuously improving our Root Cause Analysis to identify issues more accurately and quickly. Our goal is to prioritize problems effectively and, if possible, automatically resolve them.

Predictive AI

We build forecasting and anomaly detection models that account for seasonal and behavioral patterns. What sets our work apart is the need to keep these models both generic and performant, so they can power a wide range of customer use cases.

Generative AI

Using large language models (LLMs), we create smart features that help customers use our product more efficiently. This includes generating DQL queries and notebooks, as well as developing custom agents tailored to our customers’ needs.
