Cotton is a Senior Application Performance professional, with over nine years of experience in monitoring all layers of the application stack. After joining joined Kroger in 2016 he is responsible for monitoring over 5,000 servers and a variety of different applications in his current role of Lead of the Application Performance Management team. Toklu works on the Feynman team at Autodesk, designing, optimize and automating systems that provide the pages that are used by Autodesk users. He has 15 years’ experience in the systems engineering industry, with a specific focus on Linux and other open source platforms. Quinn is a Manager in Solution Engineering and leads the Enterprise Monitoring and Feedback (EMF) team in Humana. He is currently responsible for the High-Performance Solution Engineering (HPSE) – Monitoring and Feedback efforts at Humana. He has worked in several different roles during his time at Humana, including architecture and technology leadership, with an affinity for performance engineering, continuous delivery and quality. Carr joined American Fidelity in 2000, holding various positions from development, monitoring and network infrastructure to his current role – Cloud Infrastructure Architect. Schullo joined Optum in 2014 and played a key role in expanding the company’s use of Dynatrace DC RUM due to his existing experience administering the new Dynatrace platform along with AppMon and DC RUM. The primary tool used is Dynatrace AppMon; monitoring and supporting the infrastructure of the Rogers.com and Fido.ca websites. Erik Landsness | Solutions Engineer, Dynatrace
Landsness only recently joined Dynatrace, after previously being a customer in his previous role as Director of NOC and SRE at Beachbody. Whilst at Beachbody, he completed a project that rethought the monitoring strategy for the company’s entire technology stack. Consolidating data from a large set of stand-alone tools with excessive overlap and blind spots to a small subset of tools, with Dynatrace at the core, resulting in meaningful data produced quickly and efficiently when it matters most.
