16 countries, 1 culture: Why Dynatrace is a great place to work

In 2023, Dynatrace was named a ‘Great Place To Work’ in 13 countries worldwide. This year, after applying for our Great Place To Work® Certification™ for the second time—a certification program driven by employee feedback—we’re incredibly proud to have been awarded this distinction across 16 countries.
