It integrates with all the tools you already use, including Slack, ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, Kubernetes, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and Jenkins - letting you orchestrate workflows across your technology stack.

Use the visual builder and ready-made agentic workflows to quickly create reliable automations at scale, with built-in guardrails and human oversight.

Key capabilities:

• Trigger agentic workflows from events like problems, security alerts, metric thresholds, API calls, or time‑based schedules, including business‑hour and holiday‑aware reporting.
• Design and easily understand workflows through a rich visual builder. Drag‑and‑drop agentic actions into your automation canvas with no‑code simplicity.
• Ensure predictable, auditable automation with built-in guardrails, approvals, live monitoring, retries, conditions, loops, and parallel execution.
• Get started immediately with ready‑made agents, reusable components, and optional custom code.

• Faster incident resolution: Dynatrace Intelligence explains a new problem, and Workflows notifies owners, opens a ServiceNow/Jira ticket, and posts remediation steps to Slack.
• Automated security response: Extract IOCs, correlate with observability data, assess risk, and trigger coordinated response actions across your security stack.
• Guarded auto scaling: Use AI forecasts to open a GitHub PR for Kubernetes scaling with approval gates and guardrails before execution.
