Dynatrace provides software intelligence to simplify cloud complexity and accelerate digital transformation. The services organization is growing at such a repaid pace, we are looking for a sales operations team member to help manage renewals and financial reporting.
You will have a wide range of financial, retail, insurance, and tech customers to help them scope and contract their renewals. Your primary daily responsibilities include reviewing customers’ usage, pricing options, and creating quotes in Salesforce. It is imperative to have timely renewals.
Aside from renewals, there will also be sales operations reporting and new lead tracking needed for the EMEA region.
- Initiate renewal process for our EMEA accounts and ensure on-time renewals
- Price and present renewal options
- Use Salesforce to track renewal opportunities and status updates
- Salesforce expertise
- Excel intermediate level knowledge
- Concise communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Financial background
