BOSTON, Mass. – July 26, 2018 – Software intelligence company, Dynatrace, today announced at Google Cloud Next 2018, automated support for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. With this announcement, operations teams can extend the scope of the Dynatrace platform to workloads in Google Cloud, eliminating manual and siloed monitoring of independent Kubernetes clusters, and enabling automatic AI-assisted answers to performance problems across GCP workloads.

Dynatrace is one of the only solutions that provides out-of-the-box distributed tracing for Kubernetes and Google App Engine stacks as well as full-stack Kubernetes Container Optimized OS support. These capabilities enable deeper insights into all areas of GCP environments, in turn allowing businesses to quickly troubleshoot performance issues, optimize container workloads and more efficiently scale cloud operations.
The new capabilities also provide anomaly detection and problem causation determination based on Dynatrace’s AI engine, to augment the metrics that are natively provided in Google Cloud by Stackdriver. As a result, businesses can gain a holistic understanding of the health of their increasingly complex IT environment more easily.
