Jessielaine Punongbayan

Jessielaine Punongbayan is a Product Manager and Tech Evangelist at Dynatrace Austria, driving innovation across observability, AIOps, and DevOps as part of the OneAgent team. She brings a rare combination of deep engineering roots and product leadership, having worked across the full technology stack from infrastructure to cloud-native environments. Her career spans multiple countries and disciplines: starting as a COBOL programmer in the Philippines, expanding into global consulting in Singapore, infrastructure engineering at IBM in the Czech Republic, and modernization work at Broadcom in Prague, before joining Dynatrace in Linz. This breadth gives her a unique perspective on how organizations at every stage of their technology journey can leverage modern tooling to build smarter, more resilient systems. Beyond her product work, Jessielaine is an active contributor to open-source communities and shares her expertise through conference talks, blogs, and video tutorials. She co-hosts the #MainframeCoven podcast and is a vocal advocate for women's empowerment, diversity, and inclusion in tech.
