Your role at Dynatrace

We are looking for a Sales or Business student to join our Sales organization in Barcelona. This is a part‑time internship (20–25 hours per week) running from October to March, offering hands‑on experience for those interested in building a career in Tech Sales.
You will collaborate with global teams in a diverse, international environment and gain exposure to the fast‑growing world of cloud and AIOps technology.

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify sales opportunities for the APM and AIOps software field sales organization.
Partner with field sales representatives and marketing teams to generate demand and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Develop an understanding of each account’s business challenges and learn the full Sales Development prospecting process.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to gain real‑world experience in the technology industry and the global SaaS market.
Conduct research on accounts, industry personas, and market segments to support sales development outreach.

What will help you succeed

Enrollment in a university degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related disciplin for the full duration of the internhship
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Tech Sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
