Zachary Kilhoffer is an AI and technology policy expert. He holds a PhD in Information Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is currently based in Vienna, Austria and acting as Product Manager of AI Governance for Dynatrace. In his spare time, he enjoys sci-fi, woodworking, and playing with his cats (Theodore Roosevelt – "Teddy," and Franklin Delano Roosevelt – "Frankie").
