Powering our vision for your enhanced Dynatrace Community experience.
Community spaces offer peer-to-peer real-world learning and answers
It’s late, you’re troubleshooting something but your searches aren’t really understanding your situation, and you’ve exhausted the obvious answers.
You’re interacting with your AI assistant or trying the error explanation in a search engine. A Dynatrace Community post appears – the situation looks familiar. Someone else hit the same problem, and a network of community members offered their guidance, shared ideas, and resolved the problem together.
That’s community, and that’s what the Dynatrace Community platform creates and enables.
You’re in good company
The Dynatrace Community connects you with practitioners, partners, and experts who share what worked, what didn’t, and what they’d do differently the next time around.
Members connect through user groups, events, challenges, and ongoing discussions. Over time, familiar usernames turn into familiar faces, and individual conversations become lasting professional relationships.
Talk directly with the people who build Dynatrace
Our community helps you find answers, but it also gives you a way to help shape what’s next.
Engineers, product managers, support specialists, advocates, and community leaders are just as much a part of the community as our members. They read feedback and participate in discussions. That means the ideas and feedback don’t disappear into a void.
You’re not just talking about Dynatrace. You’re talking with Dynatrace.
Your Dynatrace Community now gets a better home.
The Community has grown a lot over the years, and so have your expectations of it. We wanted a platform that could keep up: one with built-in AI, faster search, and capabilities to grow and evolve with us all.
On Monday, October 26, we moved the Dynatrace Community to a new platform.
If you’re already a member, sign in with your Dynatrace account, just like before. No new account, no new password. The first time you sign in, we’ll send you a one-time confirmation email.
Haven’t visited in a while? Your account and history are waiting. Sign in here.

Get help from built-in AI features
AI-powered tools can summarize long discussions, surface related conversations, and help you find answers from existing content using natural language questions.
Find answers faster
Search results appear as you type and can be filtered by category, author, date, or solved status. Whether you’re looking for a specific answer or exploring a topic, finding relevant discussions takes less digging.
Follow the conversations that matter
Notifications are more flexible and easier to control. You’ll hear when someone replies to you, @-mentions you, quotes you, or links to your post. Watch or track the topics and categories you care about, and mute the ones you don’t.
Write the way you already work
Markdown support makes sharing code, commands, examples, and formatted answers straightforward. If you’ve used GitHub, you’ll feel right at home.
What moved, and what didn’t
Your profile, post count, likes, badges, and awards came with you. Old links still work, too. For the full list of what moved and what didn’t, see the FAQ.
Something missing? Let us know
Spot a broken link, missing content, or something wrong with your account? Post it in the Community feedback category or email team-community@dynatrace.com.
On November 23, we’ll open a post-migration survey on the Community home page. Tell us how the new platform is working for you, and we’ll share what we learn.
Come take a look
Whether you’re looking for a solution, sharing something you’ve learned, or simply curious about how other teams are using Dynatrace, there’s a place for you in the Community.
New here? Sign up with your Dynatrace account and start by introducing yourself: who you are, what you work on, and what you’d like to learn.
Every answer, idea, and conversation helps make the Community more useful for the next person who lands there looking for help.
And chances are, one day that person will be you.
