Where do you see yourself?
Contract Management
Our team is behind the scenes ensuring business relationships are built on solid ground. From negotiating contracts to reviewing documents for compliance and risk, we help protect Dynatrace’s interests while keeping things moving. We flag issues, collaborate with Legal Counsel, and support contract templates and training—because clarity and consistency matter.
Legal Counsel
We’re strategic partners who help the business make informed decisions with confidence. From advising on transactions and operations to interpreting laws and managing risk, we provide clear, practical legal guidance. We also represent the company in legal matters and keep leaders informed on legislation that could impact our work.
Paralegal
We’re a dedicated legal support team partnering with attorneys, outside counsel, and internal teams to draft, file, and manage legal documents. Our work spans corporate governance, employment law, commercial contracts, litigation, privacy, and compliance—ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and aligned with company protocols.
