Be scam-savvy. Stay safe.

Dynatrace takes the security and privacy of prospective employees seriously.
Please be cautious of phishing, scams, and other fraudulent job-related communications that claim to be from our company or affiliated with us. Don't respond, click on any links, or download any attachments from an email that might be fraudulent.

We will ALWAYS:

  • Interview via phone or Zoom.
  • Accept job applications submitted via dynatrace.com/careers or our partner job sites.
  • Make employment offers through a Dynatrace Recruiter, Hiring Manager, or Talent Acquisition Partner with a  @dynatrace.com email address only.

We will NEVER:

  • Accept job applications via email, direct messages on social media, or any other unofficial channels.
  • Contact you via WhatsApp or similar platforms about an interview or employment offer, unless you've given us permission.
  • Ask you to pay fees or transfer money to us during recruitment to apply for a job or purchase any equipment.
  • Request sensitive personal information like your passport/license, ID, social security number, or banking details during the recruitment.

Not sure if a message is really from us?

No worries—just reach out: careers@dynatrace.com. We’re happy to help!

  • Be aware that bogus or fictitious job offers can sometimes be posted on various free online job boards and websites. If you find a suspicious job that claims to be from Dynatrace, we recommend that you cross-check it via our official Dynatrace Careers website.
  • Be cautious of emails from non-@dynatrace.com addresses (like Gmail or Yahoo). Scammers may fraudulently display a sent email address as @dynatrace.com, too.
  • Don't respond, click on any links, or download any attachments from an email that might be fraudulent.
  • If you believe you're a victim of a false employment scam, report it to your local authorities, the FBI, or the FTC

While we deeply empathize with anyone affected by scams, please note that Dynatrace isn’t responsible for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from our name or identity being used fraudulently.
