If you're an ambitious leader who combines deep technical accounting expertise with exceptional leadership, business partnership, and change management capabilities, we'd love to have you on board.

You'll operate as a key partner and have the opportunity to grow into a future successor for our international accounting organization.

Key Responsibilities

Global Accounting Leadership

  • Support the leadership of our international accounting team across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • Act as a key deputy to the Senior Director, providing leadership coverage when needed.
  • Drive consistent accounting practices, governance, and operational excellence across all regions.
  • Partner with regional leaders to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting under US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.

Statutory Reporting, Audit, and Compliance

  • Lead the delivery of statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee relationships with our external auditors and accounting service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory, tax, corporate, and filing requirements.
  • Drive SOX compliance and continuously improve internal controls.
  • Identify and mitigate accounting, compliance, and operational risks.

Transformation and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead strategic finance transformation initiatives to keep us a step ahead.
  • Drive the standardization and globalization of our accounting processes.
  • Champion automation opportunities through finance technology and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support shared services, global process ownership, and operating model initiatives.
  • Improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across our international accounting operations.

Business Partnership

  • Partner closely with our FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Revenue, Legal, People & Culture (P&C), and Corporate Accounting teams.
  • Provide accounting leadership on acquisitions, restructurings, entity integrations, and expansion activities.
  • Support executive leadership with clear analysis, recommendations, and risk assessments.
  • Influence decisions by balancing compliance requirements with commercial outcomes.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of managers and accounting professionals.
  • Build a collaborative culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.
  • Foster an environment that encourages innovation, ownership, and career growth.

Strategic Leadership

  • Contribute to our long-term international accounting strategy.
  • Assess organizational design, resource allocation, and future capability needs.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a visible leader across our broader Finance organization.

What will help you succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience within a multinational organization.
  • Extensive experience managing international accounting operations across multiple countries.
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Significant experience managing external audits and compliance programs.
  • Proven experience leading teams through organizational change and transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, geographically dispersed teams.

We'd love it if you have:
