Lead Consultant
Your role at Dynatrace
We are looking for an experienced Consultant to support our continued business growth. The primary function of this position is to support ACE Services success by building quality relationships with Enterprise Program Management, Sales, Consultants and Customers while leading by example delivering Services Engagements. In this role, you will provide high-quality consulting services to our customers as a trusted advisor while assisting the wider account team to manage internal stakeholders and requirements.
You have a background in technology with an application focus and are a natural problem solver, self-driven, who likes a variety of challenges. You are confident speaking in front of various stakeholders, from executives to project managers, and application owners to developers and operations staff.
This role will only be considering Singaporeans and PR.
Responsibilities:
- Provides Technology Consulting for a wide range of customers and/or products of significant complexity.
- Serves as lead in complex business systems design, deployment, and configuration recommendation determination.
- Identify and document architectural design and system requirements using and establishing best practices.
- Identify key Business Modeling integration opportunities, particularly in areas such as reporting, alerting, dashboards, and SLAs.
- Ensure customers receive best-in-class technical advice while considering the implications for current and future business goals.
- Troubleshoot and coordinates resolution of complex and business critical technical issues with both customers and Dynatrace teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during project scoping to define scope and objectives.
- Establish trusted relationships that enable effective adoption and integration of Dynatrace solutions throughout the application lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pre‑sales technical discussions as required.
- Engages and provides support and assists with lower-level Technology Consultants in escalated / more complex customer solutions.
- Provides guidance and training to Technology Consulting teammates.
What will help you succeed
- 7+ years of consulting experience or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction over multiple years.
- Possesses a solid understanding of automation and how it can be applied to key use cases.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the impact of actions and proactively plans for potential risks or issues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others, both formally and informally.
- Recognized expertise in Dynatrace and observability, evidenced through customer outcomes, internal contributions, or published content.
- Serve as a role model for consulting excellence, communication, and customer engagement.
- Positively influence team standards, delivery quality, and customer outcomes.
- Actively contribute to Services team initiatives and special projects.
