Is our culture the right fit for you? Are your skills a match? Is this a place for you to shine? Our hiring process decodes this—followed by a well-rounded onboarding.

We see hiring as a two-way conversation—you get to know what makes Dynatrace, Dynatrace, and we get to know what makes you, you. Your skills and experience matter, but so do your personal passions and goals.
Together, we'll find out if Dynatrace is the right place for you to thrive.
Tell us why you’re interested, what drives you, and how your experience makes you a great fit.
We give every application the same time and consideration. If your profile matches what we're looking for, we'll call you to have a first screening phone call with the Recruiter.
Your first interview with the hiring manager will be virtual or in one of our offices. Depending on the role, you might have a second round and/or an assignment.
If the role requires it, you'll receive an assignment. This task lets you demonstrate your skills and gives you a taste of the job's responsibilities.
If your skills match the role and you resonate with our culture, we'll happily make you an offer. We hope your hiring experience drives you to join us.
Screening and interview steps may slightly vary by department, role, seniority, and location.
Be cautious of fraudulent job-related communications that claim to be from Dynatrace or affiliated with us. Don’t respond, click on any links, or download any attachments from an email that might be a scam. Review what we will always and will never do while hiring you.
Our onboarding helps you settle in more smoothly. You'll meet your team, get to know how things work around here, and learn what you need for your role. Depending on your working model, you may meet in person or fully virtually for parts of your onboarding.

Most Dynatracers work in a hybrid setup and have hybrid onboarding, with a large portion of it happening in one of our offices. The in-office vibes, perks, and mingling with others make this experience special.

Joining as a remote Dynatracer means your onboarding happens virtually—unless your team arranges in-person office, customer, or partner visits. Our community for remote employees and perks will make it a special experience.

Visit our Early Careers page for a full list of programs and details. Our Early Careers roles are listed just like other positions but with a clear tag in the job title. When applications are open, you’ll find specific requirements and guidance for each role.
While we try to get back within a few weeks, it can vary depending on how popular the role is. Stick with us, we appreciate your patience!
Not every role includes these steps. But when it does, an assignment is a task designed to showcase your job-specific skills and give you a taste of the role's responsibilities.
The third round of interviews is separate from the assignment. It's usually for roles that require collaboration with a broader range of stakeholders. During this round, you'll meet Dynatracers from different levels who might work with you in the future. This is your chance to showcase your adaptability and understand how you perform in various company-specific scenarios.
Yes, we offer relocation to Austria and support you throughout the process. Since most of our R&D employees and offices, including Engineering HQ, are based in Austria, we help you, your partner, and your children with visa expenses, moving costs, temporary housing, finding a permanent home, integration support (language courses, buddy program, and more). Learn more about our relocation program here.
The Dynatrace Working Model offers both hybrid and remote options. Most roles follow a hybrid model, requiring at least two days in the office each week, unless specified otherwise in the job posting. Some positions are fully remote and it's always stated in the job posting.
