Peopleclick Peopleclick wanted to proactively capture and report on its production data on an ongoing basis so it could spot issues before they became critical and securely share data with its technology partners to maintain service levels. It turned to dynaTrace Diagnostics to help fill these needs.

We typically start with ‘business processes’ and use the tool to understand exactly how it executes. We then take the output from dynaTrace Diagnostics, including the live call stack and parameter data values, and send them directly to the development team to assist with the fix. Coface After evaluating a number of tools to help rapidly locate and resolve application performance issues under load, Coface chose dynaTrace Diagnostics. The software was installed initially for the development and testing teams, who found that the simple, straightforward integration of dynaTrace Diagnostics into their existing load-test tools and workflow provided immediate benefits.
