Network Application Monitoring (NAM) Support
NAM support ended on March 31, 2021
If you are a NAM customer, we’d like to encourage you to employ Dynatrace for the use cases previously covered with the NAM.
If you don’t use Dynatrace yet, spare three minutes now to see how to transform faster with Dynatrace.
If you hold a perpetual NAM/DCRUM license, you can continue running it unsupported (note: this is not recommended due to the lack of fixes and security patches).
For that purpose, we will continue providing access to your product license (contact implementations@dynatrace.com) and the software.
However, it isn't possible to open support tickets after March 31, 2021.
