Dynatrace Cloud Automation release notes version 248.1.0

Dynatrace Cloud Automation version 248.1.0 improves the user experience for launching an automation/orchestration sequence by triggering it via the Cloud Automation web UI and supports connecting a Git upstream repository using SSH.

New features and enhancements

Support of the Git upstream repository via SSH/HTTPS

You can configure a Git upstream repository for an orchestration project using SSH and a private key.

Sequence triggers from the Cloud Automation web UI

You can trigger an automation/orchestration sequence from the Cloud Automation web UI. This is supported by a default form with a timeframe selection for release validation.

Performance optimizations

There are multiple performance improvements for Cloud Automation on the backend and frontend.

Breaking changes

  • Parsing errors of Dynatrace dashboard Markdown tiles for release validation causes the validation to fail.
  • Security problems are no longer considered when evaluating a Dynatrace dashboard Problems tile.
