This topic explains the hardware and operating system requirements for installing ActiveGate.
You need a machine dedicated to ActiveGate that has:
- 2 GB free disk space
- 2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)
- 1 dual core processor
Note: For large environments, you may need to use a machine with additional CPU and memory.
Hardware requirements for synthetic-enabled ActiveGate
The Environment ActiveGate running private browser monitors should meet the following hardware requirements depending on the number of tests executed per hour. The table below presents current limits of tests run from a single location and you won't be able to run more by scaling up the machine.
