Subscribe to Dynatrace dashboard reports
Users with access to a dashboard can subscribe to email reports (weekly, monthly, or both) that are specific to that dashboard.
- Weekly subscribers receive the report every Monday (after 00:00 or 12:00 AM).
- Monthly subscribers receive the report on the first Monday of the month after 00:00 or 12:00 AM.
Each dashboard report email contains a public link with the respective timeframe. Reports can be viewed without entering Dynatrace credentials. With this approach, report emails can be forwarded to external recipients who don't have access to Dynatrace.
Enable or disable dashboard reports
Dashboard reports are disabled by default. If you enable them for a dashboard, users with access to that dashboard can subscribe to reports and can view them without signing in to Dynatrace.
- Display the dashboard.
- Select Edit.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Set Enable reports to enable or disable reports for the selected dashboard.
