Settings API - Property maturity examples schema table

Property maturity examples (`builtin:example.property.maturity`)

This schema shows how properties can be assigned maturities and be shown/hidden via feature flags.

Feature flags are assigned per property in the meta data (in this example propertyMaturityExample).
