Custom actions

Custom action

A Custom action enables you to insert JavaScript code into the script. These actions are coded to handle programmed features of a particular website.

Writing Custom actions requires knowledge of the Synthetic Classic Scripting Language. See the Advanced scripting guide for more information.

Define a Custom action

  1. If necessary, change the Target Window.

  2. In the Code area, enter the Scripting Language code for the action.

Change a Custom action

  1. Select a Custom action in the timeline.

  2. Enter the changes in the text window, using the Scripting Language.

Remove a Custom action

You cannot restore a deleted action. You are not prompted to confirm the deletion.

  1. Select the Custom action to remove. The icon appears at the top right corner.

  2. Click . The Custom action is deleted.
