If you're having issues with a Web Recorder transaction, it may be helpful to export the transaction to a file for troubleshooting. For example, Customer Support may ask you to provide a file so they can help solve the problem.
To export a transaction as a file:
- After recording a transaction, click Show Settings in the Add Test page.
You can also open a provisioned Web Recorder test into this page. See Editing a Test in the Web Recorder.
- At the bottom of the Script Options, click Advanced and then click View GSL Script.
- In the popup window, select all the text, then copy it.
- Paste the GSL script into a plain-text editor and save it as a file with the extension
