Timestamp property

The timestamp property is a Recorder-only feature that enables the agent to report the time that an action ended. These timestamps appear as vertical lines in the waterfall chart rendered by the Recorder on playback.

This feature is exposed in the Recorder as a check box within the Wait action; however, the property can be manually added to other actions in a script via the JSON code. Within the action, a user can add the following property:

When the value of timestamp is set to true, the agent will report the timestamp data.

This feature can be used for debugging purposes. If needed, it can be enabled on all actions by setting the following capability at the script level:

Currently, the timestamp property is only supported in the IE and Firefox agents.
