Get filtered test results

A common use case for the REST API is retrieving test results for a list of specific tests (Monitor IDs). In this case you would format that list as an XML filter definition, and POST it to the testresults resource.

Most testresults requests use GET. In this case, however, you're sending a payload of XML for the server to parse, so POST is the accepted technique.

In addition to the filter definition, you can constrain the returned test results further using the input parameters for the testresults resource.
