It does not include less-common procedures such as how to upgrade from a 32-bit system to a 64-bit system. For such details, please refer to the linked resources.
If you are upgrading from DC RUM, be aware that the following components are renamed after upgrade from DC RUM 2017 May release to NAM 2018 release:

Upgrade order is important
Do not skip releases
If you are upgrading from DC RUM 2017 to NAM 2019, follow the full upgrade path:
- Upgrade DC RUM 2017 to NAM 2018
- Upgrade DC RUM 2018 to NAM 2019
Upgrade components in order
Upgrade all components in this order to perform a successful upgrade:
Upgrade the console
Upgrade the report server
Upgrade the probe
(if necessary) Upgrade TCAM
(if necessary) Upgrade any other components that you have integrated with your deployment.
To make sure your deployment integration perform well after the upgrade, verify that the integrated components are at their supported versions.

This is a short version of the upgrade procedure within a release. It covers major upgrade points. It does not include steps like database upgrade, upgrade paths, and deployment backups.
