Limitations of ISP mode user aggregation

When choosing ISP mode as a user aggregation level, be aware that it imposes some limitations related to dimensions and metrics.

Disabled dimensions and metrics

In the ISP Extended mode, that is when you select also count user IP addresses that are aggregated in NAM Server configuration, some dimensions and metrics in the "Software service, operation, and site" data view are disabled. These are:

  • Histogram
  • Data samples
  • Person-hours lost
  • Person-hours lost (errors)
  • Person-hours lost (performance)
