This report lists all servers monitored by the selected NAM Probe that are running secure TCP sessions but that do not have keys installed to decrypt the encrypted traffic. If a server using encryption has no matching key, you must install the missing key on the NAM Probe so it can decrypt all secure traffic.
- On the NAM Server, select Tools ► Diagnostics ► Traffic diagnostics
- Click the Secure traffic diagnostics tab
- Select a device in the Attached NAM Probes list
- Click the Decryption failures tile and open the Servers with failed sessions report
