You can add a custom cookie to deliver a cookie header as part of your HTTP request in browse as well as record mode. When starting to browse, choose Advanced options > check Use HTTP settings > HTTP settings .
In the HTTP settings dialog box, a new section for managing cookies allows you to define, edit, delete, and reorder cookies.
To add cookies to a recorded script:
- Select an action/page in the script and then choose Advanced > Add custom cookie .
- An action for the custom cookie is created—enter the cookie name, value, domain, and path.
- Run the script. Cookie header information is displayed in the HTTP headers pane of script results.
