Agents of Impact is a day focused on building and operating production systems with agentic AI. The session shows how coding and operations agents fit into the software lifecycle, what production context they need to be effective, and how teams can stay in control of the changes those agents propose.

Designed for builders, the day combines technical deep dives,  two hands-on labs in your own lab account, customer stories, and implementation  patterns you can apply the same week. The event will provide you with the opportunity to work with the agentic tooling directly – AWS DevOps Agent, Kiro, and Bluebox by Dynatrace – against live telemetry from a running system.

Work directly with AWS Solution Architects and Dynatrace technical experts to learn how to: 

  • Build and ship production changes with agentic coding tools – Kiro and Bluebox by Dynatrace
  • Cut investigation and remediation time with AWS DevOps Agent and Dynatrace
  • Give your agents the production context they need – OpenTelemetry instrumentation, live service topology, evidence-backed fix plans
  • Apply patterns AWS and Dynatrace customers already run in production, with a human decision point on every change agents propose
