Glenn joined Newcastle Building Society in 2008. He is an IT Systems Specialist with over 10 years’ experience working within the financial industry. He specializes in automation and web application architecture and is currently working on shifting left by implementing DevOps and agile methodologies.

Mark re-joined Mitchells & Butlers in 2018 as Digital Application Support Manager. He is a key stakeholder in delivering the digital operating model reviewing business requirements, technologies, and resources to make sure they are all utilized to their maximum potential. Using an Agile methodology, the digital team has led the transformation by streamlining the interactions between support, development, and DevOps by bringing continued availability growth to the digital platform before its migration to cloud infrastructure later this year.

Michael has held many commercial leadership positions at Dynatrace, the leader in Software Intelligence for the Enterprise Cloud. Today he is Vice President of Worldwide Partner business and regarded as a key visionary in this market.

Andreas Grabner has 15+ years’ experience as an architect and developer in the Java and .NET space. In his current role, Andi works as an advocate for high performing applications in both the development and operations areas. He is a regular expert and contributor to large performance and DevOps communities, a frequent speaker at technology conferences and regularly publishes articles on the Dynatrace blog.
