Marek leads the Operational Tooling & Services function at ANZ Bank. Over the past two years, he has led a highly motivated team committed to growing the adoption of application performance monitoring (APM) across ANZ New Zealand. Marek is customer-focused and thrives on achieving successful outcomes through collaboration and motivating others to succeed. He is passionate about adding value using technology solutions to drive better ways of working. Outside of work, Marek is a keen sports fan and enjoys cycling.

Based in Sydney, Linus Lai is a member of the Asia/Pacific Software and Services Research Group and has more than 20 years of IT experience in the region. In this role, he is responsible for providing insights and analyses in enterprise adoption, integration, and management of these solutions. Linus is a founding member of IDC Asia/Pacific's Emerging Technology Advisory Council and is a recipient of numerous awards for country, regional, and quality research contributions. In his previous role as head of research in Southeast Asia, he developed and grew IDC's presence in the region.

Adam was appointed CIO of Fitness & Lifestyle Group at its inception in October 2016 after previously holding senior digital and technology management roles with Ardent Leisure and Goodlife since 2013. Adam transitioned to Chief Data & Technology Officer in September 2018. Prior to joining Goodlife, Adam held a range of senior technology management roles in Australia including Ardent Leisure Group, Rockpool Dining Group (formerly known as Urban Purveyor Group), H&L Australia, and ALH Group. Adam is a member of the CIO Executive Council

As the head of Solution Architecture for Partners and Ecosystems in Asia Pacific, Adrian leads a regional practice of technology specialists that drive architectural best practices for AWS Cloud Platform. Adrian brings 20 years of experience in information technology to AWS. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Director of Pre-Sales at Hitachi Data Systems where responsible for directing the technical pre-sales capability. He was also the co-founder of AirActive, a digital marketplace for fitness and wellness activities.

Rafi is Dynatrace's APAC Chief Technical Officer and VP of Solution Sales. Based in Sydney Australia, Rafi joined Dynatrace in 2007 and has more than 20 years' experience in the IT industry focusing on Business, Application and IT Service Management. His experience includes a number of Australian based technology startup innovators. Prior to joining Dynatrace, he held senior management at Proxima Technology, a technology startup that pioneered the area of Business Service Management. He is a recognised thought leader and has published many articles, white papers and is a regular industry keynote speaker and commentator in IT and business publications.

Florian has been with Dynatrace since the very early days. As a Chief Product Officer, he spends most of his time with product teams at Dynatrace serving customers and partners around the globe. Florian is passionate about what he does because he truly believes the world needs software that just works.

Trevor is Director of Enterprise Services at Dynatrace. For the past six years, he has been part of a team that has defined and developed successful application performance monitoring (APM) programs with Dynatrace customers from a wide range of industries. With a focus on customer success, continuous improvement, and process efficiency, Trevor’s goal is to uncover practical realities within transformation initiatives and promote best practices for measurably positive business outcomes. When the Michigan snow thaws, Trevor enjoys wakeboarding and boating with his family.

Shawn is a builder at heart, with over 20 years’ experience in the Silicon Valley technology business. Whether it’s IT infrastructures, customer-centric teams or community organizations, give him the raw materials and he’ll create something amazing. Shawn helped architect, build and operate our first globally distributed digital experience monitoring network, then added customer support and internal IT for this operation along the way. More recently, he rebuilt our customer success organization, producing record retention rates for our digital experience solutions. When he’s not helping customers transform their monitoring strategy to focus on customer experience, he spends time with his family outdoors or serves on several non-profit boards and commissions in his community.
