Daniel-Zoe Jimenez is Associate Vice President for IDC's Asia/Pacific region, based in Singapore. He leads the regional Digital Transformation (DX), Future Enterprise and SMB research practices. With more than 20 years of international experience with large organisations worldwide, Daniel provides strategic advisory services to the C-Suite on how to develop and leverage new business, technology (e.g. AI and Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, IoT) and operation models to become more competitive. Daniel leads a team of analysts across Asia/Pacific who provide thought-leadership research and insights to technology buyers, suppliers and government institutions on the impact that the evolving market changes, and the new and established technologes have on their businesses.

Ahilan is a Partner Solution Architect with Amazon Web Services (AWS). He spends his time helping the APAC partners build a migration practice to ease their customer’s migration to the cloud. He truly believes that with the right foundation practice partners can accelerate their customer’s migration and securely move them to the cloud. He had used the AWS platform as a customer since 2011 and now he is helping partners with his experience in the field.

Puan Zaiha Mat Nor is the Deputy Director, ICT Consultation Division in MAMPU. Her current role in MAMPU involves monitoring and managing operations of key systems the Public Sector. She has also previously served at the Accountant General Of Malaysia developing their Accounting System.

With more than 15 years of engineering leadership under his belt, Bernd owns nine tech patents―including Dynatrace PurePath® technology and the new Dynatrace platform, our new generation DPM solution. He believes in paying his experience forward so, in his spare time, he advises startup companies, speaks at entrepreneurial events and supports academic technology research. An adventurous spirit, Bernd prefers alpine or oceanic adventures to relaxing on a beach. He applies the same drive and determination to keeping Dynatrace on the leading edge of DPM.

Michael Allen has been working in the IT industry for 24+ years, the last 21 at Dynatrace. Michael has held many commercial leadership positions at Dynatrace, the leader in Software Intelligence for the Enterprise Cloud. Today he is Vice President of Worldwide Partner business and regarded as a key visionary in this market.

Rafi is Dynatrace's APAC Chief Technical Officer and VP of Solution Sales. Based in Sydney Australia, Rafi joined Dynatrace in 2007 and has more than 20 years' experience in the IT industry focusing on Business, Application and IT Service Management. His experience includes a number of Australian based technology startup innovators. Prior to joining Dynatrace, he held senior management at Proxima Technology, a technology startup that pioneered the area of Business Service Management. He is a recognised thought leader and has published many articles, white papers and is a regular industry keynote speaker and commentator in IT and business publications.

Andreas Grabner has 15+ years’ experience as an architect and developer in the Java and .NET space. In his current role, Andi works as an advocate for high performing applications in both the development and operations areas. He is a regular expert and contributor to large performance and DevOps communities, a frequent speaker at technology conferences and regularly publishes articles on the Dynatrace Blog.

Florian has been with Dynatrace since the very early days. As a Chief Product Officer, he spends most of his time with product teams at Dynatrace serving customers and partners around the globe. Florian is passionate about what he does because he truly believes the world needs software that just works.

Shawn is a builder at heart, with over 20 years’ experience in the Silicon Valley technology business. Whether it’s IT infrastructures, customer-centric teams or community organizations, give him the raw materials and he’ll create something amazing. Shawn helped architect, build and operate our first globally distributed digital experience monitoring network, then added customer support and internal IT for this operation along the way. More recently, he rebuilt our customer success organization, producing record retention rates for our digital experience solutions. When he’s not helping customers transform their monitoring strategy to focus on customer experience, he spends time with his family outdoors or serves on several non-profit boards and commissions in his community.
