Nestor joined Citrix in 2012, currently leading global infrastructure and cloud operations for Citrix’s servers, including private cloud environments across four global data centers, and specialist projects like the web DevOps team initiative to move Citrix to AgileOps. Having 15 years of IT experience in Cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure and expertise knowledge in automation, continuous delivery and monitoring analytics he plans to implement a more predictive approach to enterprise monitoring, whilst overseeing the shift to the cloud.
Gutierrez-Menoyo joined Royal Caribbean in 2013 as an analyst, before joining the leadership team in 2017. He plays an integral role in defining, building and executing projects with the operations team to continuously deliver innovative results, to better user experience. With a passion for team development, he has built and mentored cross-functional technology teams across multiple organizations with the goal of bridging the gap between business, development, and operations and achieve his current focus is on bringing BizDevOps to the surface.

Following its huge success Hayes continues to leverage the investment, transferring additional processes and technologies, delivering new capabilities; to achieve the best engagement and user experience. Prior to this role, Hayes led Experian’s operations and infrastructure teams, and supported several organic, acquisition growth business requirements.
Andrea joined Docebo in 2013 and led the creation of Docebo Cloud infrastructure on AWS, which now spans over five geographical regions, each one running roughly 20 microservices deployed as hundreds of Docker containers. Additionally, Andrea is responsible for the cloud infrastructure design and development, and also leads the Docebo Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps teams.
Roberto joined Alitalia in January 2016 as Chief Information and Technology Officer. Alan heads the HCL Cloud Native Labs & Advisory Services business and is also HCL CTO for EMEA. HCL Cloud Native Labs are the spearhead for HCL’s global support for enterprise clients, working with clients to help engineer, modernize, and migrate solutions to a CF/Kubernetes environment. Alan has spent the last 10 years leading Cloud Native engineering projects and has worked with some of the world’s largest enterprises to help shape, define, and implement their Cloud strategies.
After joining Lloyds Bank in 2000, Andrew has spent most of his career working with various monitoring toolsets to help monitor the banks many applications and services. More recently, this has included the delivery of 2nd Generation APM toolsets from Dynatrace and the deployment of network interception technologies. As Lloyds now moves towards a cloud platform operating model, Andrew is now one of the leading technical specialists driving the delivery of a 3rd Generation APM solution to ensure the bank leverages market leading technologies to deliver the best service for its customers.
Damien is the EMEA Outbound Product Management Lead for the IT Service Management (ITSM) Business Unit at ServiceNow. He is responsible for evaluating how the ServiceNow ITSM solution solves the market’s problems, and how it does this better than the competition. Damien also provides feedback, from customer and partner interactions, to the internal product teams to helps align the ServiceNow product roadmap with the prevalent market needs and customer business priorities. Prior to this role, Damien was a Senior Manager within the Customer Support organization, responsible for managing the Major Incident Management and Account Escalations functions.
Felix works for the Mercedes-Benz IT4RD, primarily focusing on enabling his R&D colleagues to build the best cars and great software to run them with. Felix is currently supporting the company's move to a micro-service R&D backend hosted on private and public container infrastructure and is the driving force behind APM in the R&D IT department and relies on DevOps oriented datacenter models and automation to drive the digital transformation of Mercedes-Benz. Felix started optimizing computer performance at the age of five - when he got his first MS-DOS machine. He's been passionate about hardware and performance ever since.

He is a key stakeholder in delivering the digital operating model reviewing business requirements, technologies, and resources to make sure they are all utilized to their maximum potential. Using an Agile methodology, the digital team has led the transformation by streamlining the interactions between support, development, and DevOps by bringing continued availability growth to the digital platform before its migration to cloud infrastructure later this year.
Thomas was Chief Performance Officer for customer facing applications at KBC. Thomas continues this work as Dynatrace Application Manager, challenged by technical impossibilities he helps deliver genius solutions. He is also the CTO and co-founder of Probit, a company that provides a “Pattern Research on Behavior and Intelligent Testing” system. Thomas works specifically on a user-analytics system that combines data with AI to gain more insights and deliver business value.
Stéphane joined ADEO in 2017, as part of their subsidiary Extia. As Product Leader for Monitoring, his main responsibilities include the management of transversal production tools and services teams across APM, Log Management, and tools at ITSM. His role also includes technical supervision for teams, as well as implementing and operating several tools and services for APM, Centralization of Logs, and Program Solutions.

Mathias is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and digital transformation advisor. Wim joined Colruyt over 20 years ago and his main responsibilities include maximizing the Dynatrace Tool usage throughout the company, after supervising the Dynatrace implementation. Before his current role, Wim worked in Mainframe Software development and monitoring, Open Systems Monitoring, and IT Chargeback.
Matthias joined Dynatrace in 2014 as a General Manager to help to bring the new Dynatrace Platform under development to market. In 2016, Matthias shifted to go-to market with the focus on how the new Enterprise Platform would be co-deployed with Dynatrace’s existing product set. As the Dynatrace Platform got into exponential growth throughout 2017, he took on the task of SaaSifying the post sales operations which covers today all aspects of cloud operations, customer adoption, retention, growth and tech support. With the launch of the innovative Dynatrace ONE customer experience offering, he drives an important differentiator for Dynatrace in the industry. Alasdair is EMEA Sales Engineering Manager at Dynatrace based in Maidenhead, England. Alasdair joined Dynatrace as a graduate in the services division and over the years has transitioned from consultant to global architect and finally to his current position as EMEA Sales Engineering Manager. Alasdair now enables the SE team by providing technical assistance and lab interactions. In his spare time, he can usually be found digging holes on a local golf course.
