Eng Khoon is currenlty helping customers with their digital transformation journey in dynamic Indonesian market.

Rafi is Dynatrace's APAC Chief Technical Officer and VP of Solution Sales. Based in Sydney Australia, Rafi joined Dynatrace in 2007 and has more than 20 years' experience in the IT industry focusing on Business, Application and IT Service Management. His experience includes a number of Australian based technology startup innovators. Prior to joining Dynatrace, he held senior management at Proxima Technology, a technology startup that pioneered the area of Business Service Management. He is a recognised thought leader and has published many articles, white papers and is a regular industry keynote speaker and commentator in IT and business publications.

Vijay is a Senior Architect at Amazon Web Services, who for 4 years has been focusing on enterprise customers and partners companies across the APAC region helping them to develop and execute on their cloud strategies. Vijay has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years, and has held various positions covering architecture, consulting and operations management. Previous to joining Amazon Web Services, Vijay was responsible for multiple global infrastructure transformation solutions at a global information technology and consulting companies in the US, UK and India.

As a Solution Director, Joseph is responsible for a team of solution consultants and architects across the ASEAN region. Joseph also works closely with various organizations to help to eventualize and ensuring that the right blueprint have been put in place to ensure effective Biz-Dev-Op transformation. Joseph brings with him over 20 years of experience in Application Performance Testing and Optimization, Application Performance Management and Business Service Delivery. His prior experience in implementation and pre-sales has helped organizations to improve their service level on business services throughout their digital transformation journey.
