Angela Donohoe is BPAY Group’s Chief Information Officer and is a member of the executive team. With a track record of successful transformation, Angela drives results through a strategic and innovation mindset, strong team engagement, being a champion of agile/DevOps practices, and a focus on operational excellence that enables reliable, secure, and trusted services. Recent achievements include transformation to hybrid cloud services, the launch of Osko for real-time payments, and delivery of a suite of API services for BPAY Payments.


Steve joined Vitality 9 years ago and is a key part of the SIAM & Governance team, responsible for Major Incident Management, Event Management, Incident and Problem Management. Steve has over 20 years of experience within IT Operations & Service Management within the Financial and Banking industry. Steve believes that the experience of your customers is key to driving the business forward, with Proactive AI being key to your success.


Kailey Smith is an Application Architect for the State of Minnesota. She is part of a larger team of developers, middleware engineers, DBAs, and architects whose role is to maintain the state's applications. She is a strong proponent of leveraging technology to improve team collaboration and processes, quickly identify and resolve problems, improve application performance, and at the end of the day, provide the best possible service to the citizens of Minnesota.


Tim is Product Owner of the SAP Business Technology Platform APM Service, where he devotes himself to offering software engineers at SAP a powerful Application Performance Monitoring ecosystem. Driven by a passion for cloud and for excellent software, Tim has joined the SAP Cloud Platform in 2016 and supported several products on their journey to successfully observable cloud software since then.


A.J. Poe has worked in the application monitoring space for the past decade and has been responsible for Ford’s application performance monitoring service since it launched in 2018.


Mike has helped companies answer complex questions related to application performance and scalability as a performance engineer. Mike’s experience includes solving application performance issues using testing tools and APM tools. He has been fortunate enough to write and participate in blogs centered around performance engineering. His goal as a performance engineer is to build a culture of load and performance validation that drives cost savings while improving user experience.


Thomas Janik, Technology Services Manager, leads the Monitoring and Event Management Team at American Family Insurance. This team is responsible for delivering, supporting, and governing application monitoring, availability, performance solutions, and ITSM Event Management solutions across the American Family Enterprise. In 2018, Tom began leading the monitoring effort and merged it with Event Management in 2020. Tom holds two testing certifications, is ITIL v4 certified, an AWS Cloud Practitioner, and a Certified Dynatrace Associate.


APM technician and engineer with a passion for automation. With over 7 years of experience in the monitoring space, Tyler has supported Kroger through self-enablement and providing monitoring extensions and support to exceed the expectations of Kroger app observability.


As the Manager of Data Centre Operations Transformation Monica’s responsibilities include building an APM practice at the BCLC. Monica and her team are passionate about improving the player experience by leveraging the data the toolset provides to inform and enrich operational processes.


Jerad Cuell is an enthusiastic quarterback of software intelligence and a proponent of automation. As the team leader for Alberta Health Service's (AHS) Dynatrace based software intelligence service and related system integration efforts, he's both an advocate for increased automation and DevSecOps transformation. Within the healthcare sector, maintaining patient and data privacy is a steadfast priority, as such the new Dynatrace AppSec functionality will be leveraged to bootstrap AHS into a DevSecOps conscious organization overnight.


Matt Gault is a certified AWS Solutions Architect with 25 years of IT experience. Matt started with AmFam in 1997 working in the Ops, Storage, Tech Support, and SecArch departments. In 2019, Matt transitioned into an AWS CloudFormation immersive learning program, which led to his current role as the Cloud SME on the Monitoring and Event Management team. In this position, he deployed and supports their Dynatrace managed infrastructure (AWS). Matt also assists infrastructure and application teams with OneAgent deployment on cloud resources and automated ingestion of cloud metrics into Dynatrace.


Stephen Evans has worked for more than 20 years as a QA professional across the finance, logistics, and fashion industries. Stephen now leads the shift towards digital innovation and technical excellence as Head of QA, Monitoring, & SRE/DevOps for one of the world’s most premium fashion brand portfolios.


Jeremy is an accomplished IT professional with over 20 years of software development, operations, and performance management experience. His current passion is delivering world-class Observability in a large, diverse and demanding IT environment, using the best tools in the industry.


Eric Lytle is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in leading IT teams. He currently serves as Director of Tools Engineering for John Wiley & Sons leading the observability, monitoring, and ServiceNow technical teams.


Jaspreet Sethi is a lead software engineer with experience in building highly concurrent distributed application design for the cloud. Jaspreet is currently leading the Core Engineering team at Grainger to build a scalable infrastructure and developer enablement platform for Grainger's overall cloud migration strategy.


Steve was an SRE at Google for about 10 years, then left to help a company build reliable systems on the Cloud. Now he's back at Google, helping more companies do that.


David Walker is an industry leader in the Application and Network Performance / Automation IT domain space. David's 20+ year career spanned from the United States Air Force to over 17 years at Lockheed Martin, where he currently leads application, network and systems integrations and IT architectural designs. As an industry technology SME at Lockheed Martin, David developed conceptual data driven dashboard models for the enterprise NOC while continuing to champion technology integrations including self-healing and automation use cases with many industry partners.


Jennifer has spent her career in the banking industry spanning 18 years, covering multiple areas of expertise, including Technology, Banking Operations, Accounting, and Finance. In her current role as Product Owner – Enterprise Monitoring, Jennifer is responsible for strategic direction and tactical support within the Technology division for the Enterprise Monitoring function at M&T Bank, with a focus on improving employee experience and customer service.


Bill is a Performance Monitoring Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, with 25 years of experience in various IT Ops roles. Bill’s experience forms the foundation for his current role and is passionate about maturing and enhancing BlueKC's software intelligence footprint. Bill has brought his passion and experience to the Dynatrace NAM Customer Advisory Board in 2019 and was the recipient of the 2019 Dynatrace Most Valuable Customer Contributor award.


Quinn joined Humana in 2014. He has held several roles including Technology Leader and Application Architect in the Clinical Area, Technology Leader for DevOps, and most recently Director of High Performance Engineering for Humana’s Enterprise Monitoring & Feedback function, where he is responsible for building and delivering quantitative and qualitative feedback loops.


Andrew joined Humana in July of 2011. He has held several roles in his career at Humana including Android engineer and Application Architect on the Enterprise Mobile & API team, Manager of the Enterprise BI Assets team, and most recently Director of the Enterprise Engineering Enablement organization & DevOps leader for the High Performance Engineering program. In his down time Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, and anything else outdoors.


Mike Martinez is a seasoned technical product manager at Ford. Most recently, he has been supporting the FordPass and Lincoln Way mobile application teams on their journey to improve ecosystem resiliency and product quality. Prior to taking on product-focused roles, Mike spent several years as a solutions architect and software engineer.


Ahnaf Prio works as a developer on the Customer Platform, Retail Marketing Technology for Securian Financial. He is a DevOps enthusiast and is fascinated by everything digital technologies. When he is not busy at work, Ahnaf can be found trying to get better on the golf course or playing guitar around a campfire with friends!



As Park ‘N Fly’s Senior Director of Information Technology for the last four years, Ken Schirrmacher has taken the company’s efficiency, agility, and connection with customers to the highest level. Over the course of his 15-year career, he has managed large-scale projects for hospitals, universities and government institutions, served as a Cloud Architect responsible for optimizing the IT offerings of multi-billion dollar companies, and received 13 respected IT industry certifications that make him a leader in the field.


Over the past 30 years, Andy's experiences range throughout systems operations, systems engineering, and software development. Andy's knowledge of numerous monitoring tools and the ability to merge their information allows loanDepot to quickly resolve issues throughout each system. loanDepot has leveraged Andy's background to form the Applications Performance Engineering team; allowing him to share his troubleshooting insights with all areas of loanDepot.


Jeruel Fernandes is an experienced technologist that is passionate about delivering value for organizations by building customer-obsessed engineering teams that care deeply, collaborate constantly, and pursue engineering excellence.


Venkatesh is a strategic leader and change agent at Parker Hannifin. He has held this position since 2009, and his primary role is to grow the organization through automation, customer experience, and lean processes. He holds various skills in Digital Leadership, DevOps, Application Performance Monitoring, Business Intelligence, Customer Experience and Solution Architecture.


David Catanoso currently serves as the Acting Director of Cloud and Edge Solutions (CES) in Infrastructure Operations, which is part of Development, Security, and Operations at the Department of Veterans Affairs. CES is responsible for coordinating IT products and services within VA’s Office of Information and Technology and provides specialized solutions that align with stakeholder requirements. Previously he was Director of VA’s Enterprise Cloud Solutions Office, overseeing the efficient migration to and utilization of cloud technology and leveraging cloud solutions for the benefit of Veterans.


Nate joined AWS six years ago as an IT leader to shape the future of how technology is used in the workplace by helping customers transform and evolve their business through the adoption of cloud infrastructure, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps. He currently focuses on app modernization for the AWS Partner Network. He lives in metro-Detroit, and enjoys hiking, travel, and swapping spicy vegetarian recipes.


Tom is a passionate and engaged IT professional of 10+ years focusing on performance, security, and stability. Tom evangelizes the message of application performance and security only stopping to enjoy his personal interests of pottery, 3D printing, and caring for his loved wife, home, and 3 feline children.



Mark Cook serves as Duke Energy’s Managing Director, IT Infrastructure, Operations & Critical Infrastructure Operations (CIOPS). He oversees the company’s end user technology (Help Desk, local IT, audio video, workstations and mobile devices), CIOPS, data center facilities, cost containment/ management, and database, mainframe, server, storage, infrastructure architecture and incident command center (ICC) functions. His team enables the company’s broader efforts to shift existing infrastructure to the Cloud and ensures strong IT and business partner relationships across the enterprise.


William Swofford is a Full Stack Engineer working in the Automation and Resiliency space at Lockheed Martin. Will’s career started in the banking industry building web applications, but soon took him into the United States Navy and into the world of cyber security and resiliency. After his time in the Navy, Will took the opportunity with Lockheed Martin and kept pushing forward with the mindset of resiliency. Currently Will is the Product Analyst of an automation development team creating infrastructure automation services for enterprise use. With the help of many great developers the team has been able to build highly resilient products that help in the realm of patching, content management, and self-healing using existing as well as leading edge technologies and frameworks.
