Certain service requests in your environment may be significantly more important than others. Certain requests may be so critical to your understanding of the performance of your application that they deserve special consideration with a dedicated dashboard tile. This option is now available to you!
To create a tile for a specific service request:
- Open the menu and select Transactions & services.
- Select a service from the list.
- On the service page, select a request from the right-hand side.
- Open the Browse (…) button and click Pin to home.
A new request-specific tile that shows the most important metrics for that particular request is then added to your homepage dashboard. Click the tile any time to quickly navigate to the request’s Details page.
