dynaTrace AJAX Edition 1.5 available – the Rocket Turtle in its next version

Just in time for Christmas Dynatrace Labs releases the next version of Dynatrace AJAX Edition. This version includes several bug fixes reported by our community as well as enhancements in the UI for easier data analysis. And – the Rocket Turtle seems to be ready for the holidays as well 🙂

Check out the Release Notes for a detailed description of all improvements and fixes.

Here is a quick overview of improvements

  • Improved Session Import: When importing a session you can change the name of the session to make it easier for you to identify it among your existing sessions. Once imported the Summary View will be opened automatically showing the high level analysis of the session
  • Improved Network Request Visualization: Icons represent the type and success status of network requests
  • Improved visualization of aggregated PurePath trees: Repetitive function calls (e.g. in loops) can cause very long PurePath, which might become hard to analyze. Via an option in the PurePath view, functions can be displayed in an aggregated view

Here is a quick overview of fixes:

  • Fixed a problem that caused Internet Explorer to crash on certain web pages
  • Fixed a problem that caused XHR Requests to hang
  • Fixed a problem that caused incorrect API recognition
