Selina Niederländer

Selina is a Research Engineer for the Generative AI team and works there mostly on use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs). She joined Dynatrace in 2021 as a Full Stack Developer during her Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria - Campus Hagenberg. While pursuing a Data Science and Engineering Master’s degree in Hagenberg as well she switched to the Research Lab for working on topics surrounding Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer-based Models. She graduated the Master’s degree in 2023 after finalizing her Master’s thesis "Alternative Approaches for Expert Selection for Self-Conditioning Large Language Models" in Cooperation with Dynatrace. Her current work focuses on the Davis Copilot as the Generative AI solution for the product.
