Each year in France, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate and publish on their website the results of the Gender Equality Index.

- Analysis of compensation and classification of employees in the same position with equivalent skills, performance and work experience.
- Corrective action if relevant pay gaps are observed at the same level and age range.
- Target Indicator ten highest earnings.
