Speak Up - Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Dynatrace Speak Up portal?

The Dynatrace Speak Up portal provides a confidential channel hosted on the Convercent platform to raise any good faith concerns relating to disrespectful, inappropriate, fraudulent, unethical, or illegal behavior, including concerns about retaliation. Concerns can be reported 24/7 online through the website or by telephone. The Speak Up portal is not intended to replace existing channels or other less formal methods for employees to raise issues or concerns. Rather, it is intended to complement the processes already in place and provide an additional channel for employees to be heard.

What happens when I make a report?

A customized web form (online) or a communication specialist (by phone) will document your question or concern and relay the information to the General Counsel’s office for proper handling. Our General Counsel or Associate General Counsel will identify the appropriate team to review the report, which may include Legal, HR or People Operations, Finance & Accounting, Internal Audit, or other subject matter experts within Dynatrace. Reports are handled promptly and discreetly.

The team may reach out to you directly or through the Speak Up portal to ensure that your concern is fully understood. They will then take the necessary steps to address your concern and follow up with you.

Any team who receives your report will handle your report in accordance with Dynatrace’s investigation procedures, including non-retaliation.

Are issues raised through the Speak Up portal confidential?

All calls and reports to the Speak Up portal are confidential and may be made anonymously, where permitted by local law. Keep in mind that in some circumstances, it might be difficult or even impossible for Dynatrace to thoroughly investigate anonymous concerns. We encourage you to share your identity when reporting a concern. Regardless of how you submit them, Dynatrace encourages you to raise concerns, and does not tolerate retaliation against those who do so.

If you provide your name during the reporting process, Dynatrace will make reasonable efforts to handle your concern confidentially. In addition, Dynatrace prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises an issue in good faith or cooperates in a company investigation.

What if I remember something important after I make my report? Or what if the company has further questions for me after receiving my report?

When you make a report, you will be given an access number and be asked to create a password. It is important to make note of these to follow up in the portal to check for messages or status updates. If you have provided your name, someone will contact you after you have filed your report and you will be able to directly reach out to the team assigned to your report if you have any further information.

What is Convercent?
