Partner ecosystem plays an important role in Dynatrace growth. The Senior Manager, Technical Alliances will be responsible for driving business objectives with Dynatrace strategic partners including Public Cloud Providers (e.g, Microsoft, Google), PaaS Vendors (Pivotal, Red Hat,..) and other technology partners.  The position collaborates closely with our sales, marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive Dynatrace strategic partnerships across joint sales, marketing, product and engineering. Manage partner relationship success and satisfaction.
  • Work with partner to develop joint solutions and sales plays that leverage partner capabilities & technologies.
  • Lead the relationship from the contractual and operational perspective. Identify and develop new areas of the partnership which are accretive for both organizations.
  • Collaborate with Dynatrace Partner Marketing to drive joint marketing activity and Dynatrace Product Management to identify value-adding integrations
  • Develop overall strategy and success plan for each named partner. Drive monthly, quarterly progress towards strategic goals within plan.
  • Develop strong Dynatrace goodwill and awareness across partner organizations
  • Act as partner advocate within Dynatrace and educate on how we can further build our partner ecosystem. 

Desired skills

  • 4-6 years of strategic alliance management, enterprise sales, channel development, product management and/or customer success experience required
  • Understanding of application performance management, AI Ops, IT OA’s
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • MBA and/or technical competence preferred.
