We have a newly created a position for an experienced Sales Development Representative Manager to report into the EMEA Sales Development Representative Manager. In this exciting opportunity you will support and manage a group of Enterprise SDR’s who generate demand for our Software Intelligence platform whilst also qualifying leads from our innovative marketeers.
Position Description & Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the assigned team to achieve individual and team goals/ KPI’s.
Guide and govern the qualified sales opportunity process.
Provide ongoing mentoring and development of the assigned SDR team, and continue to lead them to their highest performance.
Coach SDR’s in sales, approach strategies, opportunity management, pipeline management and career planning and development.
Proficiently use Salesforce.com to track activities, attend weekly territory meetings and oversee updates to the teams from SDR’s on progress of identified activities.
Work in conjunction with the regional marketing teams, drive input to marketing including feedback on quality of leads from marketing programs.
Report on ongoing metrics and KPI delivery to the EMEA SDR Manager.
Understand and present the Dynatrace solution.
Experience with common sales and business tools including CRM, Microsoft office.
Experience in software or complex solutions selling.
Understanding of different regional practices in EMEA.
Possess a college diploma/university degree or equivalent experience.
Passionately drive success in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Demonstrate leadership, mentoring and coaching success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
