YOUR FUTURE ROLE WITH THE TEAM:

  • Conduct full life cycle of recruiting
  • Work closely with all levels of the organisation regarding the hiring process
  • Market mapping organizations for identification of passive talents using innovative techniques
  • Responsible for creating detailed recruiting strategy for different positions in difference regions
  • Work with business stakeholders to encourage referrals and lead generation
  • Promote and support the data-driven talent acquisition approach
  • Schedule phone, onsite and travel interview needs
  • Implement reference check for candidates
  • Use ATS to manage candidates and interview process
  • Organise and maintain documents and hiring data to analyse recruiting outcomes
  • Prepare new hire documents for Human Resources
  • Perform other duties as required 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter in similar environment
  • Good understanding of recruiting methodologies and tools, solid knowledge of Boolean search
  • Good knowledge of social recruiting
  • Solid data analyst skills and knowledge of Data-Driven Recruiting
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders business partners and candidates
  • Ability to drive recruiting process
  • Experience in cloud solution or digital industry is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage interview process, implement reference check and manage ATS
  • Excellent organisational, time management, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups
  • Knowledge of and commitment to EEO, Inclusion and WHS policies and procedures
